Referrals

You do not need a referral to get an appointment. |

It will however be helpful if your GP has referred you. |

We will send your GP a written report after your consultation. |

You will receive a copy of the GP letter. |
What to expect at your initial allergy consultation

The consultation will involve a thorough allergy and
personal medical history discussion. |

• |
It will be followed by a physical examination and will
include basic allergies diagnostic tests. |

• |
You will receive the results of these tests and be
given treatment advice at the follow up consultation.

If possible, bring a list of suspected causes for your
allergy. |

• |
Infants can be tested for food allergies from any age. |
Fees - From 1st March 2012:
Initial Consultation
The fee for an initial consultation will be $320.
Follow Up Consultation
Follow Up Consultations will be $150.
Please call the clinic to make an appointment. Note we
do not book appointments via email.
Payment Terms
Fees are due at the time of consultation. We accept cash,
cheques, Eftpos, Visa & Mastercard.
Medical Insurance
If you have medical insurance with Specialist Cover, you
may be able to claim all or part of your consultation fee.
Please check with your provider.
Disability Allowance
Children with severe disabilities may be entitled to a child
disability allowance. Please contact WINZ for more information

Tuesdays 7.30am to 3.00pm
Thursdays 7.30am to 3.00pm
Fridays 12.00pm to 2.00pm
